San Jose Judge's Decisions Are Scrutinized

Reporter's Notebook - By Craig Anderson - February was a rough month for Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge William Danser. First, he was forced to acknowledge trying to order the dismissal of two Los Gatos parking tickets his son received. The town's police chief rejected the attempt and, after the matter was publicized, the judge acknowledged he had made a mistake.
