SAN FRANCISCO - Silicon Valley investment banker Frank Quattrone, facing civil and criminal investigations for alleged "spinning" of stock offerings, has assembled a top-drawer defense team that includes San Francisco litigator John Keker, according to sources familiar with the probes.
