Settlement Talks Ordered in PG&E Case
SAN FRANCISCO - Saying there is "little to be lost, and potentially much to be gained," the federal judge presiding over the $8.5 billion Pacific Gas and Electric Co. bankruptcy ordered all sides to meet Monday for a closed-door mediation session with a tough-minded settlement judge.
