This Is Nothing, Budget Analyst Says
SAN FRANCISCO - While courts statewide already are feeling the pinch brought on by California's ongoing budget crisis, a potential "perfect storm" of events could force a staggering $312 million in additional cuts next year, nearly twice as much as what the judiciary has suffered this year.
