AOC Report Spells Out Budget Options
SAN FRANCISCO - Courts statewide are preparing to impose unpaid furloughs and early retirement and to cut full-time positions to half-time jobs to meet Gov. Gray Davis' demand they cut another $44.5 million from current spending, according to a report to be considered by the Judicial Council today.
