Justices Rebuff El Paso in Antitrust Suit

SAN FRANCISCO - El Paso Corp., the nation's largest natural gas pipeline company, is headed for trial in 11 coordinated antitrust suits by dairy farmers and California consumers, who accuse the company of conspiring to artificially restrict gas supplies in California.
