Humboldt DA Sues Pacific Lumber for Fraud

SAN FRANCISCO - A lawsuit seeking up to $250 million in civil fines from Pacific Lumber Co. for alleged "fraudulent suppression" of information about the hazards of its logging operations has been filed by Humboldt County District Attorney Paul Gallegos.
