Hastings Offers Revised Proposal for Parking Lot

SAN FRANCISCO - Hastings College of the Law says it may join the YMCA in an innovative plan to develop student housing, a fitness center, retail shops and a 450-stall parking garage at the school's Golden Gate Avenue and Larkin Street site in San Francisco's Civic Center.
