No Appeal of Deputy DA's Diversion

SAN FRANCISCO - The criminal case against San Francisco prosecutor Floyd Andrews has concluded quietly. Marin County prosecutors said Tuesday they decided last week not to appeal a judge's decision to once again place Andrews in a diversion program.
