Forum Column - By Gary L. Bostwick - We start with some fundamental propositions. No one who loves order and humanity wants to experience further terrorist atrocities. We all can agree that it is in our interest to prevent that. We also should concede that at least some governance must be conducted in private. That concept is well-embedded in American law.
