Orrick and Akin Gump Merger Talks Die

Less than a week after the two law firms publicly confirmed they were in merger talks, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld jointly announced on Monday they have called off the conversation.
