Most workplaces have at least one. In fact, most people can point to one co-worker who doesn't seem to fit in, who seems "weird," and who everybody fears may "go postal" one of these days. And when that person who always struck everyone as odd does go on a killing spree at the office, everybody regrets not having acted sooner and saying something that could have prevented the tragedy.
