LOS ANGELES - What's going through attorneys' brains during mediation?

It's not the beginning of a lawyer joke - it's the theme of the Southern California Mediation Association's annual conference Saturday at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu. The event will pair mediators, psychologists and researchers for a daylong series of panels to discuss the intersection of negotiation and neuroscience.
