Lawyers from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's two Los Angeles offices advised Vivendi on the $5.8 billion sale of its stake in NBC Universal to General Electric, which paved the way for Comcast to acquire a 51 percent stake in NBCU.
Ruth Fisher, co-chair of the firm's media, entertainment and technology practice based in Century City, led the Gibson team.
