Judge Orders Investigation of Sheriff's Operation of Colorado Jail

DENVER - Based entirely on evidence collected by a jailhouse lawyer, a Colorado judge has ordered a special prosecutor to look into allegations that a deputy sheriff in a county northwest of here broke a number of laws in his operation of the county's jail.
