Whistle-Blower From UC Irvine Sues Over Firing

SANTA ANA - A former assistant vice chancellor of the University of California, Irvine, has sued the school, two of its administrators and the University of California regents, claiming he was wrongfully fired from his $120,000 job after he blew the whistle on a plan to illegally spend taxpayer dollars on a construction project.
