SACRAMENTO - Gov. Jerry Brown on Thursday appointed eight superior court judges, including Northern California's first South Asian American judge.
Sunil R. Kulkarni of Palo Alto, senior counsel in the University of California Office of the General Counsel's litigation group, will join Santa Clara County Superior Court.
