Warehouse workers settle wage and hour claims for $4.7M

The company operates warehouses where workers load and unload merchandise for Wal-Mart Stores Inc.

A group of 568 Imperial County warehouse workers agreed to settle wage and hour claims with their employer, Schneider Logistics Transloading & Distribution Inc., for $4.7 million in a lawsuit in California's Northern District.


The company, which operates warehouses where workers load and unload merchandise for Wal-Mart Stores Inc., has also agreed to implement changes to its payment and break policies.
