Apple-Samsung patent damages jury selection moves slowly

A prospective juror told U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh that he had talked about the case to others also waiting to be screened, prompting delays.

SAN JOSE - Jury selection for the patent damages retrial between Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. slowed Tuesday when a prospective juror told U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh that he had talked about the case to others also waiting to be screened.
