Zynga general counsel steps down

The departure of the gaming giant's chief legal counsel, Reginald D. Davis, comes in wake of a companywide reorganization.

After a summer of restructuring and executive suite shake-ups, social gaming giant Zynga Inc. said goodbye to its general counsel and first in-house lawyer on Friday.
