Glass deserves a second chance, minus the soup

LETTERS TO THE EDITOR COLUMN

While the verdict is still out on whether Stephen Glass should get a license to practice law due to his past misdeeds, what really offends me about the recent Supreme Court hearing is the comments of the justices and others on whether Glass has paid sufficient penance to obtain his license. ["Would-be Lawyer Gets Cold Shoulder," Nov. 7]
