Western M&A Forum draws multidisciplinary crowd

The 4th annual Western M&A Forum, held Nov. 6 at the Techmart conference center in Santa Clara, brought together analysts and experts from all over the country to discuss and review the past, present and future of mergers and acquisitions activity in the technology sector and beyond. Practitioners from the legal, investment, tax and intellectual property communities all took part in four panel discussions, capped off by a mock negotiation of a public-private acquisition. — Dominic Fracassa
