Palo Alto real estate is pricey, but law firms still flock there

Commercial real estate in the Silicon Valley city is the most expensive in the nation and could stay that way for the next two to three years, a recent study found.

Baker Botts LLP chief administrative officer Mark White wasn't sure why his colleagues were so adamant in choosing Palo Alto real estate when setting up a Silicon Valley office in 2008.
