Grand Jury Will Indict Weiss in Kickbacks
Melvyn I. Weiss, who pioneered the securities class action as a founder of the Milberg Weiss law firm, will be indicted today on charges he was involved in nearly every aspect of a multimillion-dollar kickback scheme with the named plaintiffs in his firm's cases.
