UC Davis launches new state Supreme Court law clinic

The clinic will provide pro bono legal services to individuals and organizations with cases before California's high court, an advocacy role that similar clinics have filled successfully at the U.S. Supreme Court.

The UC Davis School of Law has announced plans this fall to launch a law clinic focused on litigating cases before the state Supreme Court.


While several laws schools operate U.S. Supreme Court clinics, UC Davis will become the first to exclusively focus on California's high court.
