Solar companies end patent dispute

After two and a half years and three lawsuits, Westinghouse Solar and Zep Solar have settled a cantankerous patent dispute, the companies announced Thursday.

After 2 ½ years and three lawsuits, Westinghouse Solar and Zep Solar have settled a cantankerous patent dispute, the companies announced Thursday.


The settlement, approved by both companies on May 25, resolves all legal disputes related to the patents in question permanently, including a case before the U. S. International Trade Commission, according to a joint press release. The terms of ...
