Two Prosecutors Appointed as Election Monitors

SAN FRANCISCO - U.S. Attorney Kevin Ryan named two prosecutors to serve as district election monitors in Northern California on Thursday. He said they would oversee any complaints of election fraud or voting rights abuses Tuesday.
