Noted Enron Prosecutor Is Heading for Private Sector

SAN FRANCISCO - Assistant U.S. Attorney Matthew Jacobs, who prosecuted Enron's energy market manipulation in California, announced plans Tuesday to join McDermott, Will & Emery to establish the firm's white-collar defense practice in the Bay Area.
