Judge Finds Pedestrian at Fault in Crash

LOS ANGELES - Note to pedestrians in West Hollywood: Once you step off the curb, you're on your own. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge, in a tentative ruling, said last week that the congested, high-accident-rate city was not liable for injuries to 25-year-old Jason Eli Sayers when he was run down in an intersection with a malfunctioning flashing light.
