State Bar's Parker backtracks on supporting Kim for second term
After enthusiastically lobbying controversial Chief Trial Counsel Jayne Kim to seek a second four-year term, State Bar Executive Director Elizabeth Rindskopf Parker said Friday she has not decided whether she will nominate Kim after all.

SAN FRANCISCO -- After enthusiastically lobbying controversial Chief Trial Counsel Jayne Kim to seek a second four-year term, State Bar Executive Director Elizabeth Rindskopf Parker said Friday she has not decided whether she will nominate Kim after all.
Parker made the comments during the Board of Trustees meeting at which she had been expected to bring Kim's reappointment forward for approval.<...
