State Bar dismisses manager who filed whistleblower complaint

The State Bar on Monday laid off a manager who recently filed a 40-page whistleblower complaint

The State Bar manager who recently filed a 40-page internal whistleblower complaint alleging misconduct by controversial Chief Trial Counsel Jayne Kim and a multitude of problems in the attorney discipline unit was dismissed late Monday.
