Suit alleges Hagens Berman not allowed to practice law in state

A lawsuit alleges attorneys national class-action firm Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP and its attorneys have engaged in the unauthorized practice of law.

Two attorneys in Los Angeles County filed a lawsuit Monday alleging that some out-of-state attorneys at national class-action firm Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP have engaged in the unauthorized practice of law by frequently receiving sponsorship from colleagues to appear in California courts.
