Valley intellectual property litigator switches Boston-based firms
Rising intellectual property star Sasha G. Rao, who has represented Google Inc. in patent litigation, has joined Bingham McCutchen LLP from Ropes & Gray LLP.

PALO ALTO - Intellectual property litigator Sasha G. Rao is trading the Silicon Valley office of one Boston-based large law firm for another.
Rao officially joined Bingham McCutchen LLP's Palo Alto office on Monday after eight years as a partner at Ropes & Gray LLP. She joined Ropes after the firm snapped up her former employer, Silicon Valley IP boutique Fish & Neave, in 2005.
