Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP opened a Los Angeles office on Monday led by well-known insurance recovery litigator Linda D. Kornfeld.


Jerold "Jerry" Oshinsky, known by many as a "dean" of the insurance bar, joined her in the move. The pair previously practiced together at Jenner & Block LLP.
