Howrey estate sues more successor firms

The estate of Howrey LLP recently filed four new adversary cases against law firms, seeking to recover profits from unfinished business claims.

The estate of Howrey LLP recently filed four new adversary cases against law firms, seeking to recover profits from unfinished business claims. Allan B. Diamond, trustee for the estate, targeted Jones Day, Hogan Lovells US LLP, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, and Law Office of Richard L. Stanley, along with Richard Stanley himself.
