Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP represented Vernon-based designer denim company True Religion Apparel Inc. in its $835 million sale to TowerBrook Capital Partners LP.

Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP represented Vernon-based designer denim company True Religion Apparel Inc., which Friday announced it's being taken private by TowerBrook Capital Partners LP for $835 million.
