UC Berkeley Sued Over Admissions Policy

SAN FRANCISCO - A coalition of minority groups and aspiring college students sued the University of California, Berkeley, Tuesday charging the school's latest admission policies are being applied in a discriminatory manner, cutting out qualified black, Latino and Filipino American applicants.
