S.F. Lawyer Vows to Appeal Rule 11 Sanctions
SAN FRANCISCO - Stung by a furious sanctions order from U.S. District Judge Charles A. Legge, plaintiffs' attorney Sandra Rae Benson Tuesday complained the jurist failed to consider fully her reasons for claiming there was a conspiracy between the construction company she was suing and the Mendocino County district attorney.
