Monkee Wrench Is Thrown Into PBS Lawsuit
A former member of the television rock band the Monkees has been awarded $47 million in a counterclaim action against the Public Broadcasting Service, climaxing a long and bitter dispute over a soured deal to market videotapes of PBS programs such as filmmaker Ken Burns' celebrated documentary "The Civil War."
