Lockyer Faces Barrage of Decisions
SACRAMENTO - In his campaign to succeed Daniel Lungren as attorney general, Bill Lockyer charged that Lungren's lax enforcement of the state's 1989 anti-assault weapon law allowed thousands of rapid-fire guns to flood the state, a charge Lungren denied.
