Senators Vow to Render Clinton Impartial Justice

WASHINGTON - The fate of Bill Clinton's presidency officially changed hands Thursday, from those of the House to the Senate, when Chief Justice William Rehnquist and all 100 U.S. senators took an oath to render "impartial justice" in the president's impeachment trial.
