Littler Mendelson: NEW MANAGING PARTNER TAKES OVER IN SAN DIEGO

The nation's largest employment boutique has selected a new leader for its San Diego branch. San Francisco-based Littler Mendelson appointed Jeremy A. Roth on Feb. 25 to manage its 18-attorney San Diego office. Roth defends employers in discrimination, wrongful termination and employment litigation cases, and he also counsels companies on employment matters.
