Mitsanas, principal of Newmark Realty Capital Inc., arranged $40 million of leasehold financing for two highrise office buildings totaling 380,000 square feet on behalf of its servicing correspondent, Allstate Life Insurance Co. The buildings are subject to a complex unsubordinated ground lease with the county of Los Angeles. Specific terms of the loan were not disclosed.
