Christian Group Loses Claim to Hastings Facilities, Funding

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal judge Monday rejected a Christian student group's claim that Hastings College of the Law must fund the group and allow it to use school facilities even though the organization violated the school's antidiscrimination policy by excluding students on the basis of religion and sexual orientation.
