DAILY DEALS -- Transactions for April 14

INDUSTRY - Commercial Cooling Par Engineering Inc. purchased a 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 17855 Arenth Ave. from Arenth Avenue Associates for $6.35 million. Jason Jamison of GM Properties represented the buyer. Dan de la Paz, Walt Chenoweth and Frank Geraci of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
