Commission OKs Manella to Appeals Court
LOS ANGELES - The Commission on Judicial Appointments on Monday confirmed the appointment of U.S. District Judge Nora M. Manella to Division 4 of the 2nd District Court of Appeal.

The Commission on Judicial Appointments on Monday confirmed the appointment of U.S. District Judge Nora M. Manella to Division 4 of the 2nd District Court of Appeal.
Manella, 55, fills the vacancy created by the Feb. 19 retirement of Justice J. Gary Hastings. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed Manella to the appellate court March 9.
