Supreme Court to Review Immigration Drug Cases
WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to decide how federal immigration law should treat a legal resident alien who is convicted in state court of a felony drug crime when that offense would be only a misdemeanor under federal law.
