High Court's Jurisdiction At Issue in Detainee Case
WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court expressed concern Tuesday about the lawfulness of the military tribunals President Bush established to try "enemy combatant" detainees for war crimes and also took a skeptical approach to government arguments that the court did not have jurisdiction to decide the case.
