Bisexual's Bid for Protection to Be Heard

LOS ANGELES - An appellate panel Tuesday ordered a San Francisco Juvenile Court judge to reconsider a bisexual offender's petition to be moved to a gay and lesbian transitional housing facility after officials at the state's youth prison failed to protect him from abuse.
