U.S. Mulls Retrying Brocade CEO

A federal prosecutor said he would try Gregory Reyes on backdating related charges that were reversed by an appeals court, then raised the possibility of seeking new indictment.

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal prosecutor hedged Wednesday on whether to retry former Brocade Communications Systems Inc. Chief Executive Gregory Reyes on fraud charges related to stock options backdating.
